IF you live in Florida, at least part-time, please fill out each part of the adoption application online. Use the submit button at the bottom to turn in your information and IF CHOSEN we will get back to you once references are checked. If you miss required questions, it will not go through, but the red text will show what you missed. When completed correctly, you will end on “Your Application Was Received” page to confirm.
